I have nutritional and iron deficiency....I eat all supplements multivitamins and iron tablet still body is unable to absorb what to do sir.... Weakness vertigo due to that suffering from this condition since 2years...mild liver issue also... High SGOT/SGPT RATIo is 2.3 mand agni also.... Everybody is telling gut issue... How to resolve it.... Done.. Virechana 2 times vamana 1 times and Basti for 15 days... No result.... How to improve my gut health and nutrition absorption.... Please help me

Namaste, Your symptoms — persistent weakness, vertigo, iron and nutritional deficiency despite supplements, mild liver issues, bloating, and high SGOT/SGPT ratio — indicate impaired digestion and absorption (agni imbalance) with possible pitta and kapha involvement. The focus should be on strengthening digestion, improving nutrient absorption, and supporting liver function safely. Prefer warm, freshly cooked meals with easily digestible foods. Include moong dal, khichdi, cooked vegetables, ghee, and small portions of soaked nuts and dates. Avoid cold, fried, and heavy processed foods. Drink warm water throughout the day. Chew food properly and maintain regular meal timings. Moderate light activity and gentle walking after meals can help digestion. Reduce stress, as it can worsen digestive efficiency. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily before food (to improve digestion) Punarnava Mandura – 1 tablet, twice daily after food (for iron and nutrition support) Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime (to support liver and pitta balance) Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with warm water (for mild liver support and digestion) These are traditionally used to improve digestive strength, enhance nutrient absorption, support liver function, and reduce bloating when combined with proper diet and lifestyle. With consistent care, gradual improvement in strength, nutrient absorption, and digestion can be expected over 1–3 months. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Are you on any medications right now? You need a treatment plan running down in stages of ama pachana, agni vardhana and then addressing your symptoms in itself. Which is something that requires quite a lot of patience and time. Share your complete reports. As for the 1st line of treatment take mentioned medications for 1 week assess the difference felt and then reach out. This medication is only to boost up your metabolism
