They work by supporting metabolism, boosting lymphatic drainage, and balancing kapha dosha, which is often associated with excess body fat.

Triphala is a trio of powerful fruits that’s traditionally used to detoxify, improve digestion, and promote weight loss. It’s taken usually as a powder, mixed with warm water, about an hour before bedtime. Guggul, known for its lipid-lowering properties, enhances fat metabolism. Typically, Guggul can be taken in tablet form, but consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to get the right dosage. Shatavari, while more known for balancing hormones, is used to support tissue health and may indirectly aid in managing breast size due to its overall regulatory effect on the body.
