It sounds like your body is going through a lot, possibly due to post-pregnancy hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, or physical strain from breastfeeding and caring for your baby. Since you’re already taking supplements, but still experiencing pain and muscle tightness, you might need additional support:

1. Calcium & Vitamin D and Magnesium: Even if you’re taking calcium, your body needs enough vitamin D for absorption. Consider checking your Sr.calcium level. 2. Posture & Ergonomics: Ensure proper breastfeeding posture to avoid strain on your shoulders and neck. A good chair with back support and a nursing pillow can help. 4. Gentle Exercise & Stretches: Light yoga or postnatal physiotherapy may relieve muscle tension. 5. Hydration & Rest: Dehydration and sleep deprivation (common in new moms) can contribute to headaches and muscle pain.

Hot water bath will help u in pains. Diet- strictly avoid cold beverages ,spicy, junk food, stale food. Also timely take ur meals. Dry fruit laddoo or jaggery and chana , groundnut is good in snacks. Ensure taking haldi Milk.

It’s quite common to experience weakness and body pains after childbirth, particularly considering the demands of breastfeeding and caring for a newborn. In Ayurveda, this phase is considered delicate, as your body is recuperating and realigning itself after pregnancy and delivery. The symptoms you’re experiencing might be linked to Vata dosha imbalance, which is often aggravated in the postnatal period.

First, let’s address your pain and discomfort. Warm oil massages, known as Abhyanga, can be truly beneficial. Use sesame or mustard oil and gently massage your neck, shoulders, back, and knees. This can help to soothe muscle tension and improve circulation. Ideally, do this in the morning and try to keep yourself warm afterward in a cozy environment.

Hydration is also key. Since you’re breastfeeding, ensuring adequate fluid intake is crucial. Warm herbal teas, like ginger or tulsi, can be soothing. Also, incorporate warm, easily digestible foods like soups or stews. Khichdi, which combines rice and lentils, is a good option as it nourishes and strengthens.

To bolster your energy and overall vitality, focus on enhancing your digestion, your agni, with spices such as cumin, coriander, and fennel. These herbs enhance digestion and should be integrated into your meals daily.

Since you’re feeding, make sure you’re consuming ghee, which can help enhance immunity, strength, and support lactation. Consider including moong dal, spinach, and dairy like milk which can help nourish your muscles and promote recovery.

Try practicing some simple yoga exercises or pranayama breathing techniques tailored to your energy level, these can boost circulation and relieve physical and mental tension.

Lastly, your supplements are important; maintain them as recommended by your physician. Yet, if pain or discomfort continues, or if it gets worse, please see your healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions. They can provide you with a more thoroughly check-up and identify any other underlying issues.
