Hello.

If you have a hole in your ear drum or you are facing recurrent infections or pus in your ear please go for tympanoplasty. If infection worsens you may face hearing loss.

If you donot have any of the above condition you can go for

Tab. Saptamrut Loha Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Lakshadi Guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Syp. Dashmoolarishta 2 tsp twice a day before food.

Hot fomentation around the ear. Simple applying sesame seed oil. Luke warm Sesame seed oil gargles 10 mins a day.

Nasya 2 drops of shadbindu tailam in each nostril in the morning.

Pranayam BHRAMARI will help

Dietary rules to follow:
