Hello doctor I am having allergic rhinitis since past 5 years I already took Medications from allopathic and Ayurveda also but for some time it’s got better and Again I started having sneezing post nasal drip and all plz tell me the best solution for my problem

Take gudbandi badam =250gm Safed mirch=25gm Dhaga mishri =25gm… Mix all make a fine powder take 1-1 tsp after meal twice daily

Agtsya haritaki ==1 tsp with water at bed time…

AVOID cold and chilled beverages such as ice cream/campa/achar/lemon drink/mango shake

Do regular yoga and Pranayam=anulom vilom bhramri

If it is due to dust than wear mask during dust area. Tab:Sharcof (Sharangdhar) 1 tablets 3 to 4 times in a day after food till sneezing or rhinitis subside.It is chewable tablets. Tab:Septab(Sharangdhar) 2 Tablets 2 times in a day after food for 15 days. Tab:Amlaki 2 Tablets 2 times in a day after food for 45 days. Avoid cold eatable and drinks. Avoid AC or use mask.

Firstly avoid cold items intake.

Try to change your bedsheet atleast weekly once. Avoid furry blankets.

1) Allergin granules 1/2tsf-0-1/2tsf after food 2) lakshmi vilas ras nadriya 1-0-1 after food 3) Anu taila 1 or 2 drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning.

It can show the changes in week.

Hi, don’t worry — your symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sneezing can definitely be managed. But since this has been going on for 5 years, only internal medicines won’t be enough at this stage. You’ll need to include some Panchakarma treatments along with internal therapy for lasting relief. First, please get your CBC, ESR, and basic blood reports done and also mention your age, so we can tailor the treatment better. We’ll begin with a combination of internal medicines and Nasya therapy. In addition to the regular medicines, I also advise starting Agasthya Haritaki 12gm with warm milk or water at bedtime. Along with this, Marsha Nasya with Anu Taila for 7–14 days, preceded by proper Mukhabhyanga and Nadi Swedana, will help cleanse and strengthen the nasal passages.

Nasya Treatment (for 7–14 days): Mukhabhyanga – Gentle face massage with Dhanwantaram Taila or Ksheerabala Taila Nadi Swedana – Mild steam over face and forehead for 5–10 minutes Marsha Nasya – 6 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril (early morning, empty stomach or as advised) Post-nasya routine – Gargle with warm water + avoid exposure to cold/dust right after

Divya Shwasari Kwath - 200 grams Divya Mulethi Kwath - 100 grams Mix both the medicines. Take one teaspoon (around 5-7 grams) of this mixture and boil in 400 ml of water, until it reduces to 100 ml. In Ayurveda, this condition can be coreleated with Vata-Kaphaja Pratishyay.( pratishaya is rhinitis ) It often occurs due to: ✅Mandagni (digestive fire) leading to formation of Ama (toxins) ✅Aggravation of Vata and Kapha doshas ✅Poor immunity (Ojas kshaya) ✅Exposure to dust, pollen, cold foods, or climate change

Comprehensive Ayurvedic Line of Management

Main cause for Allergic Rhinitis is yoyr poor immunity so our main line of treatment will be as follows- 1 Improving your immunity 2 Reducing the intensity allergic response 3 symptomatic relief

Allergic rhinitis is a chronic hypersensitivity condition that requires a long term , multi pronged approach- especially when it has lasted as long as a 5 years and is resistant to medications.

Allergic rhinitis in Ayurveda is commonly correlated with - vata kapha disorder, primarily involving pratisyaya(rhinitis) -ama(toxins) accumulation - rasa dhatu dushti(derangement in bodily fluids) - agni mandya- low digestive fire

GOAL OF TREATMENT -reduced hypersensitivity to allergens - remove accumulated Ama(toxins) - balance kapha and vata -open blocked nasal and sinus channels - boost respiratory immunity.

INTERNALLY START WITH

1) HARIDRA KHANDA= 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily In morning and night for 3-6 months = anti-allergic, reduces kapha, improves immunity.

2) SHITOPALADI CHURNA + YASTIMADHU + HONEY= 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp honey, mix and take after meals twice daily for 3 months =stops sneezing, liquifies phlegm, soothes throat

3) TALISADI CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with honey after meals for 2 months =bronchodilator reduces congestion , PND

4) TRIKATU CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals for 8 weeks =improves digestive fire, burns toxins and enhances metabolism
