I am really curious about how moringa powder is made because I’ve been hearing so much about it lately. Just a few weeks ago, my friend was raving about its health benefits, and I thought I’d give it a try. Truth is, I just ordered some online, but I have no clue where it actually comes from. Like, do they just grind up the leaves? Or is there a special process involved? I remember reading somewhere that moringa is super nutritious and has so many vitamins, but now I'm kinda like, is it all just marketing? Is there a difference between how moringa powder is made, say, in different countries? Also, can the way it’s processed affect its nutrients? I really want to make sure I’m getting the real deal and not something that’s been processed to death. I've heard some people say it tastes grassy, have you guys had similar experiences?
