Considering your concerns with conception and hypothyroidism, your focus should be on balancing your body’s internal environment and enhancing reproductive health. Since you mentioned only having the right tube open, it’s vital to support the health of your reproductive system through an effective ayurvedic approach.

For reproductive health, ensuring an optimal balance of your doshas is important. In your case, an emphasis on Vata and Pitta may be beneficial, as they play key roles in reproductive and hormonal functions. Include grounding and nourishing foods in your diet, such as whole grains, sweet fruits, and warm, cooked vegetables. Avoid excessive caffeine, spicy, or processed foods as they can aggravate your delicate system.

Ashwagandha and Shatavari are two powerful herbs that might support reproductive health, as they are known for their adaptogenic qualities and benefits on hormone balance. Consider incorporating these herbs in an appropriate formulation after consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner who understands your constitution.

Regarding your delayed menstrual cycle, hydration and regularity in meals help. This supports your digestive fire (Agni) and in turn aids in hormonal balance. Warm water with a pinch of ginger or a cup of herbal tea might offer gentle support to regulate your cycle.

Ensure regular routine and sufficient sleep to balance the circadian rhythms influencing hormonal cycles. Stress reduction through practices like yoga or meditation can be immensely beneficial in regulating menstruation and supporting conception.

While it’s a good sign your thyroid levels have normalized, it’s essential to closely monitor them as thyroid function heavily impacts menstruation and fertility. Regular follow-up with your physician is key to maintaining this balance.

In your unique situation, waiting to seek further evaluation by a professional for your reproductive health may delay necessary intervention. Therefore, consult a gynecologist to thoroughly investigate the reasons behind your delayed periods proceed with the best course of treatment.

Since you mentioned issues with conception, it’s important to consider the balance of doshas. With your right tube open, it suggests some obstruction in reproductive channels, possibly linked to your past condition of hypothyroidism. Your previous vaman therapy is a good step towards purifying the system. However, in Siddha-Ayurveda, conception issues often relate to aggravated Vata dosha and possibly Kapha congestion.

To address this, consider starting with dietary adjustments. Consume warm, easily digestible foods and incorporate healthy fats like ghee and sesame oil to balance Vata. Avoid cold, dry, and processed foods. Include herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari, known to nourish the reproductive tissues and regulate hormonal balance.

Regularly practicing yoga or exercises that focus on hip opening can enhance circulation to the pelvic region, supporting reproductive health. Look into specific asanas like Baddha Konasana and Supta Baddha Konasana as they can help.

Regarding your thyroid, it’s critical to maintain regular monitoring despite normal recent reports, as hormone fluctuations can impact menstrual regularity. Integrating regular stress-relieving practices like Pranayama can help maintain hormonal balance.

Since you’re experiencing delayed periods, continue to observe your cycle for adjustments. If irregularities persist or other symptoms arise, consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment is recommended. Should symptoms worsen, seeking immediate medical attention is advisable, as it ensures timely intervention.
