I am really confused about this whole situation with my digestion. I’ve been feeling bloated and heavy after almost every meal, which is not normal for me at all. It all started a few weeks ago after I went on a trip and kinda ate a lot of junk food—seriously, it was the worst diet ever. Then my friend mentioned Baidyanath Chitrakadi Bati as something that might help. I looked it up and it seems like a lot of people say it helps with digestion, but I’m not sure how it works or if it’s right for me. Last night was especially bad, I couldn’t even sleep properly, kept tossing and turning cause of the discomfort. Ugh!!!
