I am 34 and have been dealing with some really annoying reproductive health issues for the past couple of years. Few months ago, a doc mentioned AVN Gynaeven Tablets for my hormonal imbalance and irregular periods. I tried them for about 6 weeks, and while I thought I noticed some changes, my periods are still all over the place! Like, I got my cycle last month, and out of nowhere, just a few days later, here comes another one. What’s going on?? The doc also said the tablets can help with mood swings, which I was kinda skeptical about at first but honestly, I do *feel* a slight change sometimes, but not sure if that’s just me wanting it to work.
