I am really struggling with this persistent cold and cough that's been lingering for weeks now. I have tried all kinds of home remedies but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned Kerala Ayurveda Karpooradi Thailam, saying it's effective for respiratory issues, especially with congestion. I mean, is it really as good as they say? I heard it can help with deep coughs and even sinus pain, which I've been experiencing. One night I woke up with so much pressure in my chest — felt like a weight was on it!!
