I am really confused about this whole skin situation I've been having. It's been a few weeks now... I started noticeing some red patches on my arms and legs, and they just keep getting worse! At first, I thought it was a rash or something, but then my friend said it might be skin inflammation. Now I’m just stressed, trying to figure out what is skin inflammation really? Like, is it something I ate or maybe stress or what?? I've been significantly more anxious lately, so maybe that plays into it? Also, the itching is driving me nuts, and I sometimes have these small bumps too that feel a bit hot to the touch. It's so frustrating! I checked online but found a bunch of super technical stuff that I don’t understand at all. Can anyone tell me in simple terms what is skin inflammation? Is it a sign of something serious?
