First, a diet rich in nutrients is essential. Consuming warm, cooked foods with good fats like ghee to nourish the body tissues helps. Include foods like almonds, walnuts, black sesame seeds, dates, and warm milk infused with a pinch of saffron. Spices such as turmeric, cumin, and ginger could aid digestion and fortify your agni (digestive fire).
For specific Ayurvedic remedies, Ashwagandha is highly recommended. Its adaptogenic properties bolster stamina and reduce anxiety that can escalate these conditions. Consume approximately 500 mg of Ashwagandha daily, in powder or tablet form. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) also benefits erectile functionality and vitality by enhancing the reproductive system. Taking 500 mg daily, in capsule form with milk, is advisable.
Consider Shilajit, a mineral-rich substance known for its rejuvenating impacts physiologically. A dose of 300-500 mg in the morning, dissolved in warm milk, could support energy levels and tissue rejuvenation.
