I am trying to figure out how to take ashwagandha and shatavari together but I’m kind of lost. Lately, I've been feeling really off – like my energy levels just plummeted. I read about ashwagandha being good for stress and fatigue, and shatavari was mentioned as amazing for women's health. Thought, why not combine them, right? But then I started to wonder, like, does anyone know the right dosage or if there’s a specific time of day that’s best to take them? My friend said you should definitely mix them with warm milk, which sounds nice, but is that the only way? Do I need to change how I take them if I’m juggling other things like vitamins or stuff? Sometimes I get confused and feel like I might be overdoing it with the supplements. Also, is there any timing or something? I mean, can I take them right before bed, or will that be too much? I really want to make the most of how to take ashwagandha and shatavari together, but I’m scared I might mess it up and not see any of the benefits, you know? Any advice would really help!
