Thank you for opening up about everything. You are going through the cluster of issues. You have mentioned like sugar, bp ,thyroid, imbalance, weak memory fatigue Poor motivation, headaches, body, Ache, nasal congestion, and emotional heaviness-all point to deep depletion in both physical and mental energy According to Ayurveda, this reflects a combined disturbance of vata kapha and pitta with your system caught in a state of exhaustion and imbalance from long-standing stress, irregular metabolism, and emotional suppression When stress becomes chronic, it becomes digestion and hormonal balance. This inter slows meta ism produces tissue, nourishment, and blocks, emotional flow, the body and mind or both asking for deep rest nourishment and rejuvenation, rather than more struggle or pressure

On baking, drink a cup of warm water with a pinch of turmeric, few drops of lemon Take CHYWANPRASH 1 teaspoon daily at morning Ashwagandha churna half teaspoon with warm milk at night Brahmi vati one tablet twice daily after meals with warm milk Kanchanar guggulu one tablet twice daily after meals Saraswathi aristha Dashamoola aristha Each 10 ML with equal water twice daily after meals Amla juice 10 daily on empty stomach Chew 4 to 5 neem leaves daily Dhanwantaram taila -oil massage daily before bath, and then take a bath with warm water Apply one sesame oil on soles and scalp at night before sleep Eat warm, freshly cooked meals with ghee moong dal rice, soups, soft vegetables, avoid refrigerator, dry and leftover food Avoid excess coffee, tea, sugar, and white products Sleep before 10:30 PM and wake up early and expose to early morning son for about 10 to 15 minutes daily Practice, yoga pranayama, meditation regularly

The feeling of not being loud and being a waste is a symptom of emotional exertion, not your truth when the body is depleted. The mind loses its glow and sees darkness even in light with nourishment and grounding. This perception changes. Naturally your system is not broken. it is tired and needs healing not pushing .

Follow this routine stradily for 8 to 11 weeks within a month year, energy mode and physical strength will begin to return if your thyroid or sugar levels are fluctuating. Keep monitoring them while continuing the supportive measures with the works, best alongside regular absorption and gentle self-care.

Your descriptions indicate a mix of physical and mental concerns that may be interconnected through dosha imbalances, particularly with Kapha and Vata doshas. Balancing these doshas can help manage symptoms you’ve described. Focusing on diet first, consuming foods that are light, warm, and easy to digest can assist in this balance—think of spiced vegetables like spinach and carrots, and avoid cold, dry foods or excessive sweets which could aggravate your condition. Consider consuming a decoction of ginger, black pepper, and honey in warm water every morning to invigorate metabolism and aid in reducing fat accumulation.

For improving memory and enhancing focus, Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) and Ashwagandha may prove beneficial. Brahmi can be taken as a tea or powdered form. Daily consumption of one teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk or water at night can support both mental focus and thyroid function. Eye health can benefit from Triphala, an Ayurvedic herbal blend, which you could take nightly with warm water.

Regular mild exercise like yoga or brisk walking, is crucial for maintaining circulation and vitality. A routine of gentle yoga postures can prevent the lethargy and cramps you’re experiencing and enhance your overall mood. Be consistant, but listen to your body’s signals if something feels uncomfortable. Explore Sun Salutations, as they engage multiple muscle groups and helpful for knee pain when done correctly.

For nose-related issues such as nazla, consider doing Nasya therapy. This involves applying a few drops of Anu Taila, or a sesame oil-based nasal drop, into each nostril daily. Do this in the morning on an empty stomach, lying down with your head tilted back.

Your headaches might be linked to stress or tension. Practicing Pranayama—breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana or Anulom Vilom, twice daily, can calm the mind and alleviate tension. Ensure adequate hydration and a regular sleep pattern to support recovery.

If any of your symptoms worsen or if immediate medical attention seem necessary, prioritize seeking a healthcare provider’s advice. Remember that Ayurveda is a complimentary approach and working alongside conventional medical advice is always recommended, especially in chronic or severe conditions.
