ग्लूटेन एलर्जी का इलाज क्या है? मुझे कब्ज़ या दस्त नहीं है, लेकिन मेरा हीमोग्लोबिन स्तर 6-8 तक गिर जाता है, भले ही मैं सबसे अच्छी शाकाहारी डाइट जैसे हरी सब्जियाँ, चुकंदर, किशमिश, बादाम आदि खाती हूँ। मेरे LFT और KFT टेस्ट सामान्य हैं। मुझे अत्यधिक मासिक धर्म रक्तस्राव होता है, चक्र केवल 30 दिनों का होता है और रक्तस्राव 5-6 दिनों तक चलता है, लेकिन यह बहुत अधिक होता है। अल्ट्रासाउंड सामान्य परिणाम दिखाता है। मैं 2.5 साल तक हार्मोनल गोलियों पर थी, फिर भी कोई असर नहीं हुआ।
