Engage in stress-relieving practices like yoga and meditation, as stress can exacerbate hair fall through its effect on the body’s systems. Regular exercise can also improve circulation, promoting better nutrient delivery to the scalp.
Finally, ensure you are getting enough sleep, as rest plays a significant role in maintaining all aspects of health, including hair growth. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s wise to consult a healthcare professional to rule out other conditions such as hormonal imbalances or nutritional deficiencies.
