Aata ki taklif, kamjori aur stress ke kaaran jo jalan hoti hai, mujhe lagta hai ki aapko IBS, yaani Irritable Bowel Syndrome, ho sakta hai. Pehle toh aapko apni diet par dhyaan dena hoga. Aapko spicy, oily aur junk food se bachne ki koshish karni chahiye. Apne agni (digestive fire) ko theek rakhne ke liye daily triphala churna rat ko ek chammach garam paani ke saath lein. Yeh digestive system ko sudharne aur toxins ko dor karne me madad karta hai.
Agar kamjori ki baat karein, toh aap apne diet me dal cheeni aur tulsi ka kadha shamil kar sakte hain. Yeh vata aur pitta dosha ko balance karne me madad karega, jo IBS ke root cause ko address karta hai.
Ab stress pe charcha karein, toh meditation aur pranayam daily ki aadat daalen. Bas 10-15 minute anlom-vilom pranayam bhi dimag ko shant aur manaobal ko majboot banayega. Agar aap yoga kar sakte hain, toh naukasana aur setu bandh asana bhi sunrise ke samay bich sephar se madad kar sakta hai.
Din bhar mein paani ka matra barhayein, lekin thanda paani na piyein, hamesha gunguna ya normal temperature ka hi paani lein. Stress aur digestion dono pe isse positive asar padega.
Lekin, agar jalan aur discomfort zyada hai ya kuch serious symptoms lag rahe hain toh delay na karein, doctor ko dekha na hi safe rahenga. Kabhi kabhi changes vaqtl lete hain, patience rakhein aur apne body ko waqt den. Aap samjh rahein ki aapko yeh sab shuru se control mein rakhna padega, taki aap healthy aur stress-free reh sakein.
