He should try drinking at least 20-30 ml of fresh (or good quality packaged) aloe vera juice every morning on an empty stomach.

Herbal remedies such as Bhringraj (Eclipta alba), Brahmi, and Neem can be useful. Bhringraj oil, applied to the scalp at least twice a week, may help rejuvenate the scalp and strengthen hair roots. Regular massage enhances blood circulation to hair follicles. Ensure he warms the oil slightly before application for better absorption.

Another component to address is stress, as it can increase Pitta and aggravate hair fall. Encourage him to practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation daily. Simple pranayama exercises can help too, as they aid calming the mind and balancing doshas.

Include rich sources of protein and iron in his diet, since deficiencies can contribute to hair loss. Foods like lentils beans, seeds (like sesame and pumpkin seeds), and leafy greens are beneficial. Avoid fried foods too, excess red meat and heavily spiced dishes, as these can increase Pitta.

It’s imperative to stay hydrated — around 8 cups of water daily helps flush toxins. Suggest he wears a hat or uses an umbrella in the sun to protect his scalp from heat exposure.

For a personalized plan specific to his Prakriti, consult an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. If hair loss continues or is severe, do consider medical advice to rule out any underlying health issues.
