These spices can help clear blockages and enhance digestive fire (agni), supporting overall balance.

Nasya therapy, the application of herbal oil into the nostrils, can be considered an effective remedy for Eustachian tube issues. Here, you could use Anu Taila or sesame oil. Before applying, warm the oil slightly and use four to six drops in each nostril daily. Make sure to perform this on an empty stomach typically in the morning.

Practicing Pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), can be particularly beneficial to balance Vata and Kapha. It helps clear and strengthens nasal passages and improve circulation. These practices should be done daily for about 10-15 minutes to observe benefits over time.

In addition to these, consider using a steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil. Add three to five drops of eucalyptus oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for about 5 - 10 minutes. This can help relieve congestion and promote clearer breathing. Try engaging daily just before sleeping.

Lastly, ensure that you are not exposed to cold air for prolonged periods, and avoid swimming or any activity that might bring water into the ears. Adopting gentle head and neck exercises especially to improve circulation in the areas around the throat and ears could also expedite relief.

If symptoms persist, it’s crucial to seek consultation with a healthcare professional. Ayurveda serves as an complementary approach, but should not replace conventional medical advice, especially when it’s known underlying conditions present.
