मैं लगभग 8 साल से हस्तमैथुन कर रहा हूँ। जब मैंने शुरू किया था, तब मैं 3-4 मिनट में चरम पर पहुँच जाता था और दिन में 3-4 बार करता था। अब पिछले दो साल से मुझे शीघ्रपतन, स्तंभन दोष की समस्या हो रही है और मैं 10 सेकंड के भीतर चरम पर पहुँच जाता हूँ। अब भी मैं दिन में 3-4 बार करता हूँ और मेरे लिंग की त्वचा बहुत संवेदनशील हो गई है।
