मेरे पैर में दर्द और झनझनाहट हो रही है। इसका कारण और समाधान क्या है? चलते समय या आराम के दौरान भी ऐसा होता है। मुझे शुगर है और वो नियंत्रण में है। मेरी उम्र 46 साल है। पुरुष। ये समस्या पिछले 6 महीने से है।
