Maintain regular meal timings and proper sleep to support metabolic balance. Weight loss journey needs patience and perseverance along with expert guidance, it would be better to consult an Ayurvedic physician who can evaluate your body constitution, digestion, metabolism, and hormonal changes and guide you with a personalized diet plan, suitable exercises, Panchakarma therapies, and Ayurvedic medicines.
