मैं बाएं वेरिकोसील के लिए आयुर्वेदिक दवा का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ, यह ठीक हो गया था लेकिन फिर से थोड़ा दर्द हो रहा है। कुछ गूगल रिव्यू में कहा गया है कि वेरिकोसील के लिए 2 साल तक आयुर्वेदिक दवा का उपयोग करने से उसे लिवर डैमेज हो गया। क्या यह सच है?
