मेरे पास लिम्फोडेमा है और मैं अपने पैर में सूजन और जलन को कम करने के सुरक्षित तरीके ढूंढ रहा हूँ। मैं फिलहाल हल्के दैनिक कंप्रेशन (सही फिटिंग वाले स्टॉकिंग्स या रैप्स), आराम करते समय दिल के स्तर से ऊपर उठाना, और हल्की गतिविधियाँ जैसे चलना और एंकल पंप्स का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ ताकि लिम्फ का प्रवाह बेहतर हो सके। मैं अच्छी त्वचा देखभाल (मॉइस्चराइजिंग, कट्स से बचना, फंगल इंफेक्शन का जल्दी इलाज) पर भी ध्यान दे रहा हूँ ताकि संक्रमण से बचा जा सके जो सूजन को बढ़ा सकते हैं। मैं मैनुअल लिम्फेटिक ड्रेनेज और क्या एक प्रमाणित लिम्फोडेमा थेरेपिस्ट के साथ पूरी डीकंजेस्टिव थेरेपी (CDT) उपयुक्त है, इस पर मार्गदर्शन चाहता हूँ। कृपया सलाह दें कि मेरे लिए कौन से विकल्प सबसे सुरक्षित और प्रभावी हैं।

You are already doing the best modern care (compression, elevation, exercise, skin care). Continue that.
Oil Massage (Abhyanga)
Use warm sesame oil or Sahacharadi oil
Massage very gently, from foot toward knee and thigh
Do daily before bath
Avoid if redness, wound, or infection present
Punarnava tablet / Punarnavadi Kashayam – 1tab bd
helps reduce swelling
Triphala churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (helps digestion & detox)
Mahamanjsiadhi gana vati 1tab bd
Makardwaja 1tab bd AF
Eat warm, light food
Reduce salt, fried food, junk food
Take turmeric, ginger, cumin in food
Drink warm water
