बाएं टखने के आसपास हल्की सूजन, दोनों पैरों के बड़े अंगूठों में हल्की झनझनाहट, सुबह खड़े होने पर हल्की जलन महसूस होती है। कभी-कभी सुन्नपन भी होता है। अंगूठे खिंचे हुए महसूस होते हैं।

Do you have any long standing conditions like Diabetes? and also please let know, if you are on medication for a long time for any condition?
Do you have any recent blood test reports like Serum uric acid, RA factor, CBC with ESR. IF yes, can you please share?
Till then you can start with the following:
1. Kaisora Guggulu DS(avn) 1—0----1 with medicine no.2 for 90 days.
2. Maharasnadi kashayam 10ml—0----10 ml
+
3. Gandharvahastadi kashayam 10ml----0-----10ml
+
80ml of boiled cooled water one houe before breakfast and one hour before dinner for 90 days.
