Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Namaste 🙏

Aap jo samasya bata rahe hain use Ayurved me “Klaibya / Shukra-dhatukshaya + Vata-Pitta vriddhi” se joda jata hai. Isme ling ka poori tarah tight (erection) na hona, jaldi thak jana, sex time kam rehna aur libido kam hona jaise lakshan dikhte hain.

Kyoki pehle sab theek tha aur 1–3 mahine se problem badhi hai, isse functional / reversible mana jata hai.

🧠 Ayurvedic Samajh (Root Cause) मुख्य कारण: - Vata dosha vriddhi → ling me sthirta kam - Shukra dhatu kamzor → erection & stamina kam - Mental stress, overthinking - Kam neend, junk food, zyada mobile/ porn - Kabhi-kabhi acidity / constipation bhi reason hota hai

🌿 Ayurvedic Prescription (Safe & Effective)

1️⃣ Ashwagandha Churna Dose: ½ chamach subah + ½ chamach raat Anupan: Garam doodh Kaam: Nerves majboot, libido badhata hai

2️⃣ Kaunch Beej Churna Dose: ½ chamach raat ko Anupan: Doodh + mishri Kaam: Erection aur timing improve karta hai

3️⃣ Shilajit (Pure) Dose: 250 mg subah khaali pet Anupan: Garam doodh ya pani Kaam: Stamina & testosterone support 👉 Course: 6–8 hafte

🍎 Pathya (Jaruri Lifestyle Tips) ✔️ 7–8 ghante ki neend ✔️ Roz thoda walk + Ashwini mudra / Kegel exercise ✔️ Garam, poshtik bhojan ✔️ Doodh, badam, akhrot, khajoor

🚫 Apathya (Inse bachen) ❌ Porn / zyada masturbation ❌ Sharab, smoking ❌ Raat ko der se sona ❌ Bahut zyada mirch-masala

⏳ Kab Sudhar Dikhega? 15–20 din: Tightness me sudhar 4–6 hafte: Sex timing aur confidence better 2 mahine: Libido normal hone lagta hai

⚠️ Agar diabetes, BP, thyroid ya koi allopathic medicine chal rahi ho to batayein, main dose adjust kar dungi.

Hello I totally get what you’re going through, and there’s no need to feel embarrassed or worried. It’s pretty common for guys to experience things like not getting a full erection, losing it quickly, or not lasting long enough during sex, especially after things were fine for a while.

YOUR CONCERN

You mentioned that for the past 1-3 months, you’ve been: * Having trouble getting fully hard. * Losing your erection too fast during sex. * Noticing a dip in your desire. * And you can’t pinpoint any specific reason why

Why is this happening, according to Ayurveda?

Basically, in Ayurveda, this often comes down to two main things: a weakness in your Shukra Dhatu (that’s like your vital essence for reproductive health) and an increase in something called Vata dosha.

Common things that can mess with this balance are: * Being stressed out or overthinking a lot. * Not getting enough sleep. * Spending too much time on your phone, or watching porn. * Having sex or masturbating too often. * General body weakness. * An increase in Vata dosha, which can make it hard to get or keep stiffness.

This is why you’re not getting a full erection, it goes away too fast, and your confidence might be taking a hit. But here’s the best part: It’s not permanent!

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1 Ashwagandha Churna:Half a teaspoon with warm milk before bed. This helps your nerves and calms stress.

2.Kaunch Beej Churna:A quarter teaspoon with honey or milk at night. This gives a boost to your erection strength and desire.

3.Shilajit Capsules: One capsule with warm water or milk first thing in the morning. This is great for your stamina and how you perform.

EXTERNAL CARE

Sesame oil massage: Gently rub a little sesame oil on your penis for about 5 minutes every night. Don’t press too hard. This helps with blood flow in that area.

DIET PLAN

✅INCLUDE Milk, ghee, 2-3 dates, raisins, soaked almonds, bananas, pomegranates, and simple, home-cooked meals.

❌AVOID Alcohol, cigarettes/tobacco, really spicy foods, junk food, and too much tea or coffee.

LIFESTYLE TIPS

* Take a 30-minute walk or do some light exercise every day. * Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep. * Cut back on porn and too much masturbation. * Try to manage your stress with deep breathing or meditation.

Remember, being patient and consistent is key!

If you can’t get an erection at all, or if you have pain, burning, or issues like diabetes, it’s a good idea to talk to a doctor directly.

This isn’t about you being weak; it’s about things being a little out of balance, and we can definitely get that balance back.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

HELLO,

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Dr. Shilpa Shijil
I am still learning how to describe myself without sounding too stiff, but I do feel that my personal and inter-personal skills shape a big part of how I work. I try to stay approachable and not make pts feel rushed, even on days when time is slipping fast. I listen first, maybe longer than needed sometimes, just to catch the small hints in their words or their silence. I end up absorbing a bit of their pain or worry too, and then I remind myself to stay focused so I can actually help them, not just feel it. I am seeing people as whole beings, not just their symptoms or test values, and that keeps my treatment more grounded. I explain things in simple ways, though I get tangled in my phrasing here and there, but I make sure they and their family know what we’re doing and why. I try to stay honest even when the truth is slow progess or a rough patch in the condition. I am pretty dedicated to ethical practice, sometimes to the point where I double-check a simple step, and I don’t mind spending extra time if it means the plan is right. I push myself to keep learning, reading, attending discussions, all without getting scared of criticism, though a harsh comment stings me for a bit. I enjoy public interaction too—talking to groups, answering doubts, explaining Ayurveda without overcomplicating it. I am still shaping these skills every day, but they guide me in giving care that feels human, steady and trustworthy, even on the messy days when I am juggling too many things at once.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Akshaj Rathore
I am working as an Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS) and most of my days kind of revolve around understanding how classical ayurvedic principles actually play out in real patients, not just in books. Sometimes I feel I look too deeply into small symptoms but it helps me catch things early, esp in acute or chronic diseases where the doshas shift fast and you need to track them carefully. I handle a wide range of conditions—lifestyle disorders like diabetes or obesity patterns, gynecological issues where women come with long-standing troubles that didn’t get proper attention, skin diseases that flare oddly with food or seasons, digestive disorders that go up and down with stress, joint pain that starts mild but bothers a person’s whole routine, and anorectal problems which people hesitate to talk about at first. I try to make them comfortable enough so they can share the details clearly, even when I am not sure if I am asking the question in the best way. Some days I feel my approach is little slow, other days I think taking time is actually the strength of ayurveda—doing proper nadi, agni, and lifestyle assesment rather than rushing. I like connecting everything back to the patient’s ahar-vihar, their small habits that they dont realise are affecting their health. I focus a lot on practical lifestyle correction, because when they actually follow it, the treatment response changes so much that it almost surprises me again and again. I use classical concepts for diagnosis and management, keeping each plan personalised instead of throwing the same remedy everywhere. Whether its chronic skin conditions or digestive imbalance or issues around menses, pcos-type patterns, or joint pain that needs long-term correction, I try to keep things simple but still precise. Maybe my method looks too straightforward sometimes, but it works for patients and that matters more to me than fancy words or heavy protocols. I keep learning with each case, and even on days when I feel unsure about a tiny detail, I remind myself that ayurveda gives enough tools to understand it if I just look a little carefully.

Dr. Neha Gupta
I am working in Ayurveda from a little over 2 years now, and sometimes I feel like each day pushes me deeper into understanding how metabolic disorders or skin issues or PCOD actually behave in differnt bodies. I rely a lot on evidence-based Ayurvedic practice, coz I like seeing a clear logic behind the diagnosis, even if I get stuck for a moment trying to figure out small details that dont fit right away. I dealt with many gastrointestinal problems too—things like bloating, indigetion or long-standing gut issues—and I try to look at them through the root-cause lens, not just the surface level symptoms. My way is kind of simple but also not simple, you know… I focus on Nidana, dosha imbalance, daily routines, stress pattterns, all that, and from there I build a treatment plan that actually feels personal to the patient instead of a readymade chart. Most people come to me wanting quick results but I keep reminding them gently that healing need time, and lifestyle modification matters more than they think. I follow a patient-first way of working… maybe I say it too often, but I really do sit with each person, asking small questions, checking prakriti-vikriti stuff, making sure they feel heard before I even suggest herbs or diet shifts. Sometimes I get a bit carried away with explaining the why behind treatments, but I feel it helps them trust the process. And that trust, plus the right Ayurvedic plan, usually leads to steady improvement in metabolic disorders, skin diseases, PCOD patterns and GI concerns. I keep trying to balance classical wisdom with a modern view, even if the flow gets a bit messy in my head at times. But overall my goal stays the same—helping people reach long-term wellness, not just a short break from symptoms.

Dr.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.
