Dhyaan rahe: - Ye medicine ka replacement nahi hai Agar pet me gas, chakkar ya koi discomfort ho to band kar dein Regular thyroid test aur doctor ki salah follow karti rahein - quantity - 1 chhoti chamach (½–1 tsp) daniya 1 glass pani me raat bhar bhigo dein Subah chhaan kar pi lein Tq

Here’s some safe advice from an Ayurvedic perspective: 👉Pregnancy + Hypothyroidism: An Ayurvedic View During pregnancy, a mom’s digestive fire and hormone balance are delicate. With hypothyroidism, the body’s metabolism slows down. So, anything that suddenly speeds up or slows down digestion or messes with hormones should be taken carefully. 👉Can I drink coriander (dhania) water soaked overnight in the 4th month? ✔️ Yes, but in moderation and the right way. Coriander (Dhania) It’s light and cooling. Good for gas, burning sensations, and urine issues. Generally safe during pregnancy. 👉 How to take it: Soak 1 small spoon of coriander seeds in 1 glass of water overnight. Strain it in the morning, warm it up a bit, and drink it. Don’t have it more than 3–4 days a week. Will it affect my Hypothyroidism medicine? No, coriander water shouldn’t directly harm thyroid medicine. But keep this in mind: 👇 Timing is Key: Take your thyroid medicine on an empty stomach in the morning. Wait at least 45–60 minutes before drinking coriander water. ❌ Don’t take it with or right after your medicine. When not to take it: If your blood pressure is very low. If you feel very cold often. If you have frequent loose motions. Stop drinking coriander water in these situations. Diet Tips for Pregnancy + Thyroid: ✔ Eat light, fresh, and easy-to- digest foods. ✔ A little ghee (clarified butter) is good. ✔ Cooked veggies, lentils, and rice are great. ✔ Use iodized salt (as advised by your doctor). ❌ Avoid very cold foods. ❌ Don’t eat too much raw cabbage or cauliflower. ❌ Avoid fasting often. Coriander water is okay during the 4th month of pregnancy. Just be mindful of the amount, timing, and how often you take it. It shouldn’t negatively affect thyroid medicine directly. HELLO, You are currently in your 4th month of pregnancy and have hypothyroidism, for which you are taking medication. 1) CORIANDER SEED WATER coriander seeds are cooling , mild and support digestion. They are generally considered safe during pregnancy when taken in moderation CAN YOU DRINK IT? Yes, coriander seed water can be taken in limited quantity, with proper timing HOW TO PREPARE AND CONSUME -soak 1 tsp of coriander seeds in 1 glass of water overnight -strain and drink it lukewarm in the morning BENEFITS -helps with acidity, bloaitng, and constipation -may reduce water retention -does not directly interfere with thyroid function when taken correctly IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS Thyroid medication such as levothyroxine should be taken -early morning on empty stomach -only with plain water -coriander water should be taken at least 30-45 min after thyroid mediicne 2) FENUGREEK SEED WATER Extra caution is required Fenugreek is heating in nature and has hormonal activity. during pregnancy , especially if taken regularly or in large amounts, it may stimulate the uterus IN HYPOTHYROIDISM Fenugreek may interfere with the absorption of thyroid medication Therefore, regular consumption of fenugreek seed water is not recommended during pregnancy, HYPOTHYROIDISM CARE DURING PREGNANCY -do not skip or alter thyroid medication -Monitor TSH levels every 4-6 weeks -Maintain proper spacing between thyroid medicine andd -iron or calcium supplements -milk or dairy products -herbal drinks or decoctions (Minimum gap= 4 hours) SO take Dhaniya water instead to methi water during preganancy DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU DR.
