ऊपरी बाईं तरफ भारीपन महसूस हो रहा है। मैं 44 साल की महिला हूँ और मेरा वजन 86 किलो है। कोई अन्य बीमारी नहीं है। जीवनशैली मध्यम है और 8 घंटे की बैठने वाली नौकरी है। सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ते समय 15-20 सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ने के बाद सांस फूलने लगती है।

Hello, I hope you have undergone tests like, 2D echo, chest x-ray. If everything is normal- 1. Try to reduce body weight by including a. Exercise gradually to your daily routine like brisk walk, yogasana. b. Improve hydration by drinking 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day. c. Avoid all processed-deep fires-refrigerated-outside food. d. Avoid curd and meat at night. e. let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed f. Have light dinner like kichdi/soup and salad 2. Medicines- a. Vayu gulika 2-----2----2 with a cup of cumin tea for 45 days. b. Triphala Churna 1 tsp at bed time with a cup of hot water for 45 days. Since it’s been going on for more than 6 months, especially for someone like you (44, desk job, a bit overweight), it’s probably more than just being out of shape. It sounds like things are a little off balance with your heart, lungs, and metabolism. But don’t stress, we can fix this the natural way! WHAT AYURVEDA SAYS IS UP Your symptoms look like a Kapha-Vata thing (Avarana) messing with: * Your breathing (Prana Vayu) * Your heart and blood flow (Vyana Vayu) * Your blood and fat (Rasa & Meda Dhatu) It’s probably from: * Being overweight * Sitting too much * Not digesting well This leads to fat and gunk building up in your chest, causing: * That heavy feeling * Getting winded easily * Feeling tired * Pressure on your left side In Ayurveda, this is called Urah-Gaurav + Shwasa-krichrata.
