मैं 70 साल का हूँ। मुझे पिछले 4 साल से भयानक अनिद्रा की समस्या है। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए? मैं नींद की गोलियाँ नहीं लेना चाहता। मैंने जायफल के तेल को सूंघने की कोशिश की, लेकिन इससे मुझे सीने में जलन हुई। इससे मुझे थोड़ी नींद जरूर आई।

Gentle evening walk; avoid vigorous activity after sunset. -Chikitsa (Treatment / Therapy): -Internal Medications (Herbal / Rasayan): 1)Brahmi Ghrita: 5 ml at night with warm milk. 2)Ashwagandha Cap: 1 cap with warm milk at night. 3)Jatamansi Churna: ½ gm before bed for calming effect. External Therapies: -Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Light warm sesame oil or Brahmi oil massage 30 min before bath. -Shirodhara (optional): Continuous warm oil drip on forehead once or twice a week -Pathya Vihara (Behavioral Advice): Avoid screen time 1 hour before bed. Meditate or listen to calming chants/music. Avoid late-night conversations or arguments. - Expected effect: Gentle calming of Vata and Pitta. Reduces anxiety and racing thoughts. Improves sleep onset and quality over 2–4 weeks.
