You can take them in the morning, but empty stomach is not the best way for these herbs. Why not empty stomach: Ashwagandha + Musli + Kaunch beej are heavy, nourishing (guru) herbs Better absorbed with food Empty stomach may reduce absorption or cause mild digestive load later Best way to take: After breakfast (preferred) OR With milk (even in morning) Suggested routine: Ashwagandha capsule – after breakfast Musli capsule – after breakfast Kaunch beej capsule – after breakfast or with milk If you feel fine on empty stomach: No immediate harm, but for better results and digestion, shift to after food. Extra tip: Take with warm milk if possible → improves strength, stamina, and effect. Avoid: Taking with tea/coffee or on very empty stomach regularly.
