sea buckthorn may have mild blood-thinning (antiplatelet) effects.
—When combined with medicines like:
Warfarin,Aspirin,Clopidogrel,Apixaban / Rivaroxaban / Dabigatran
– It could increase the risk of bruising or bleeding.
– also Sea buckthorn may have a mild blood pressure–lowering effect in some people.
If combined with antihypertensive drugs, it may cause:
dizziness
lightheadedness
blood pressure dropping too low (especially when standing)
— so starting with a very low dose
monitoring blood pressure and any bruising/bleeding signs
avoiding it if you have surgery or dental procedures planned
