So, from my understanding of your symptoms, you are having vishamnagni, and you seem to have a mrudu koshta, i.e., a pitta pradhana nature of the abdomen, irritated by even milder dosage of ushnata. You need to take medicines that will correct agni without stimulating pitta too much and medications that can ease your symptoms. Start with guduchyadi kashaya, 15 ml twice daily before food with 60 ml lukewarm water. This will stimulate agni, without stimulating pitta and also help in vata anulomana, dadimashtaka choorna 5 gm twice daily with butter milk after food, kutajarishta 30 ml thrice daily after food.once your agni stabilises, we can start a snehapana and a virechana karma to improve the excess pitta condition and bilwadi rasyana to strengthen your digestive system hopefully permanently. All your food needs to be freshly prepared, preferably steamed, no fried, spicy, fermented or carbonated foods

Hi dear, but syrup is important to take and there are kashayam tablets available but these will be more costly, And at this first stage of treatment syrup will be more suitable than other medications, you can try other brands or local shops for tablets of guduchyadi kashaya. It will be affordable to buy guduchyadi kashaya tablets from retail medical stores in small quantities. 2tab twice daily before food. You will need 28 tablets for week. But kutajarishta is important dear, unlike kashayas arishta is a little more palatable. You can dilute it in water if you find the taste too strong. Guduchyadi kashayam is a wonderful medication that can handle all type of pitta imbalance. This medication will also adress skin conditions as these are very good pitta shamaka
Dr thank u so soooooooo much for helping since 5 years no dr was understanding me 🙏🙏🙏
Your observations strongly suggest a chronic Vata–Pitta Grahani pattern where both doshas are disturbing each other simultaneously. Pitta is causing gut irritation, loose/sticky stools, skin flare-ups, and sensitivity to heating medicines. Vata is causing irregular digestion, bloating, shapeless stools, coldness, dryness, and instability. This is why: Strong heating herbs improve digestion temporarily but aggravate Pitta and loosen motions. Excess cooling herbs calm Pitta but weaken Agni, causing heaviness and sticky stools. In Ayurveda, this condition usually requires “Deepana without excess heat + Grahi without excessive dryness + gentle Vata balancing.” Your experience with mild heating before food and Bilvadi after food actually reflects this principle well. Ayurvedic Management Approach Focus on stabilizing Agni, not aggressively increasing it. Helpful Measures Eat warm, freshly cooked, light but nourishing meals Avoid fasting, overeating, cold foods, curd at night, fried food, tea/coffee excess, and very spicy foods Use small frequent meals instead of large meals Maintain regular meal and sleep timings Herbs Commonly Used in Such Patterns Bilva / Bilvadi – helps Grahani and stool formation Dadimashtaka Churna – supports digestion without excessive heat Guduchi (Giloy) – balances Pitta gently Shatavari or Yashtimadhu – soothe gut irritation in selected patients Mild Vata-calming support with small quantity ghee may help dryness and instability
