I am mainly focused on Ayurvedic pain management & lifestyle disorders—honestly that’s where most people are struggling right now anyway. Things like arthritis, nagging back pain, stress that doesn’t go away no matter how much you “rest”, weight issues tied to slow metabolism, that kind of thing. These aren't quick-fix conditions, and Ayurveda doesn’t treat them like that either. What I try to do is get deep into the root cause. Could be dosha imbalance, ama buildup, or sometimes, just years of wrong habits no one ever corrected. I also work a lot with Ayurvedic dietetics—helping people figure out *their* food map, not just “eat clean” or “follow this list”. Every person’s body reacts diff, and if your food isn’t aligned with your prakriti or current state, the rest of treatment kinda falls flat. That part matters more than ppl think. Mostly I use herbs, therapies, daily routines, detox if needed, but always customized. My goal is to help ppl feel strong, light & *stable*. Not just symptom-free, but like they’ve really *reset*. It takes time—but it works.
Achievements:
I am grateful I got to work as an Associate Doctor at Madhavbaug—that place really shaped how I think about chronic care. I got hands-on with integrative Ayurvedic treatment, especially for cardiac and metabolic issues (like diabetes, hypertension, etc)... which are way more common than ppl realize. What stood out? The counseling part. You learn to *listen* more, not just prescribe. Also got better at structuring long-term plans, tweaking protocols, making them more holistic (not rigid).

I am really into practicing pure, classical Ayurveda – the kind that goes deep, not just surface-level fixes. Most people who come to me are dealing with long-standing issues... like digestive stuff that just won’t go away, skin flares that keep coming back, painful joints, weird hormonal shifts, or just lifestyle messes they don’t know how to get out of. What I do is try not to chase symptoms. I dig in to see where things *started*, what’s out of balance, and how we can correct it without pushing the body too hard or fast. My approach blends ancient Ayurvedic medicine—yes, the real classical formulations—with food plans that make sense *for that person*, not some generic chart. And then we work on lifestyle. Not just telling someone “sleep early” or “eat healthy”... but actually helping them restructure their routine, their habits, even the way they think about daily choices. I also lean a lot on Panchakarma therapies and Yoga. Some cases just need that level of internal cleansing and nervous system reset. Especially the chronic ones. Over the years (honestly, I lost count), I’ve worked with all kinds of people... many stuck in cycles of steroids, PPIs, antidepressants, or just confused by 10 different diagnoses. I don’t claim miracles. But I’ve seen big shifts—when we really stick to the process. Ayurveda isn’t magic, it’s science. A whole way of life. I try to make patients *see* that… not just follow instructions, but understand why something is working or not. One thing I’ve learned? It’s not enough to give a herb and walk away. You have to be part of their journey—sometimes for months. Healing takes time. And setbacks happen too (just being honest). But when patients start feeling more in control, more *aware* of their body and mind... that’s when it clicks. That’s what I want for everyone who walks in. If someone’s really ready to commit to long-term, root-cause healing—Ayurveda has answers. Not quick fixes. Real answers.
