I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Valuka Sweda or Baluka Sweda is a form of swedana which is included under the category of Pinda Sweda (bolus fomentation). In this procedure we use heated sand tied in a bolus to provide heat to the afflicted joints or body parts, especially in diseases like Amavata (Rheumatoid Arthritis), Urustambha (stiffness of thigh and lower limbs) Avoid day sleep

If this is rheumatoid arthritis or autoimmune, early treatment is crucial to prevent joint damage. Daily Routine (Dinacharya) for Joint Healing Wake before sunrise (helps Vata balance) Drink warm water with turmeric + ginger in the morning Dietary Changes to Reduce Swelling & Pain Avoid: Nightshades: brinjal, tomato, potato, bell pepper (can aggravate joint pain) Sour foods: curd, vinegar, pickles Cold, fried, or stale food Excess salt (causes water retention) Include: Warm, cooked meals: moong dal, soft rice, ghee, stewed vegetables Anti-inflammatory foods: turmeric (with pepper), ginger, garlic Herbal teas: coriander, ginger, tulsi, and cumin * Do oil massage 3 times /week Take meals on time, early dinner (before 7 pm) Avoid long sitting – change position every 30 min Immediate Relief Measures 2. Warm Compress (if stiffness dominates) – especially in the morning. 3. Rest + Elevation – Keep legs elevated when lying down. 4. Supportive Knee Brace – Helps reduce strain while walking/sitting.

First of all as you know it's an autoimmune disease so to reverse it I'll tell you some dietary changes 1. Avoid wrong food combinations - milk+ salt , fruit+milk as these may trigger your immune response For swelling- Make a potalli of Rock salt and sand and heat it up and apply locally on swelling Don't apply oil it will worsen the condition For local application - vishgarbhadi tail can be used Rx- 1. Aamvatari rad -2 tablets twice a day 1 hour after food 2. Rheumartho Gold plus -1 capsule twice a day 1 hour after food 3. Rasnasaptak kasaya- 20 ml mixed with equal quantity water twice a day 1 hour after food 4. Castor oil- 5 ml to mixed with warm milk To be taken at night for 7 days
