I am really feeling stuck and confused about my health lately. For the past few months, I've been having this persistent weakness and fatigue. I thought it was just stress from work, but then I started feeling this weird heaviness in my limbs and a constant sense of chilly fingers and toes, which is unusual for me. I even went to a doctor, and all my tests came back normal, which is nice, but I'm still not better.
