18 वर्ष की लड़की में पेट दर्द, कमर दर्द, कमजोरी, थकान, भूख कम लगना और तनाव के कई कारण हो सकते हैं (एनीमिया, मासिक धर्म संबंधी समस्या, पाचन विकार आदि), इसलिए पहले जांच कराना उचित रहेगा। Take अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3 ग्राम, रात को दूध के साथ। शतावरी चूर्ण 3 ग्राम, सुबह दूध के साथ। द्राक्षारिष्ट 15 मि.ली. + बराबर पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। यदि भूख कम लगती है: चित्रकादि वटी 1 गोली, भोजन से 15 मिनट पहले दिन में 2 बार। हाँ, सामान्यतः चूर्ण के साथ टैबलेट ली जा सकती है, लेकिन कौन-सी दवा/टैबलेट की बात कर रहे हैं, उसका नाम बताएं ताकि सही सलाह दी जा सके।
