Langhana (Fasting Therapy): controlled fasting or adherence to a light diet gives rest to the digestive system, aids in detoxification, and improves the digestive fire, thereby reducing abdominal discomfort caused by indigestion or toxin accumulation. Ginger tea consumed after meals with 1tsp of ghee Taking Ajwain water before or after meals Chewing a handful of fennel seeds after meals Sipping coriander/cumin seed-infused warm water 3-4 times a day Massaging warm castor oil on the abdomen on the belly button with salt Application of a paste of hing, coriander, and cumin on the abdomen followed by application of a warm water pack Suggestion - Avoid Cold, heavy, oily, spicy, and processed foods. Diet plan- Warm and easy-to-digest food, such as rice, cooked vegetables, lentil soups, and ginger tea is recommended. Include ginger, cumin, fennel, Ajwain (Bishop’s weed), Hing (asafetida), and gooseberry in your diet.

Aapke lakshan gas, indigestion aur malabsorption se jude ho sakte hain. Yeh problems weak digestion, stress, ya kisi underlying gut infection ke wajah se ho sakti hain. Yahaan kuch suggestions hain: Jeera aur Ajwain Pani: Ek chammach jeera aur ajwain milakar isko paani me ubal kar din me 2 baar piyen. Yeh digestion improve karega aur gas kam karega. Buttermilk (Chaas): Chaas me thoda sa jeera powder aur kala namak mila kar dopahar ke khane ke baad lein. Triphala Churna: 1/4 chammach Triphala powder ko raat me garam paani ke sath lein. Yeh digestion ko better karega aur bowel movements regular karega. Ashwagandha: Stress management ke liye ashwagandha powder ko doodh ke sath le sakte hain. Saatvik Diet: Tel aur masale wale khane se bachein. Fresh fruits, boiled vegetables aur moong dal khichdi lein. Agar 1-2 hafte me symptoms me sudhar na aaye, to kisi Ayurvedic doctor se sampark karein.

Hello Rampal, could you provide more details about your diet and lifestyle? Do you have any known food sensitivities, or have you made any recent changes to your eating habits? How is your emotional and mental well-being? Do you experience stress or anxiety regularly? Also, have you noticed any other symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, or changes in bowel movement patterns? From an Ayurvedic perspective, your symptoms of excessive burping, undigested food in stool, weight loss, and poor sleep suggest a possible Agni (digestive fire) imbalance, likely due to a weakened Pitta dosha and Vata dosha disturbances. This could be affecting your digestion and metabolism. To help balance your digestive fire, I recommend herbs like Triphala (for detoxification and digestion), Hingvastak Churna (to relieve gas and bloating), and Ajwain (to stimulate digestion). Additionally, drinking warm water with Jeera (cumin) and Ginger before meals can help improve digestion. A gentle, warm, and easily digestible diet, such as soups and stews, is recommended. For better sleep, Ashwagandha can help reduce stress and improve sleep quality. Regular practice of yoga or pranayama will also help calm the mind and improve digestion. If the symptoms persist, I would recommend a detailed Ayurvedic consultation for a more personalized approach.
