Excessive morning vomiting and nausea related to pitta imbalance requires a structured approach that integrates dietary, lifestyle and home remedies. Here’s a plan that you could consider, keeping the Ayurvedic principles in mind.

Firstly, regarding diet, it’s essential to pacify pitta. Avoid spicy, sour, salty, and oily foods as they aggravate pitta. Instead, focus on cooling and calming foods like sweet fruits (melons, apples, pears), cooked vegetables (zucchini, beans, pumpkin), and whole grains like basmati rice and oats. Favor foods with a naturally sweet taste over bitter and pungent flavors.

Incorporate aloe vera juice — about 20ml mixed in water — once in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s cooling and can help balance pitta.

Hydration is key but avoid extremes; drink room temperature water rather than ice-cold. You might also try drinking warm water with a tablespoon of raw honey; honey has mild properties that can help soothe the digestive tract.

For exercise, gentle activities such as walking or yoga are preferable. Intense workouts can increase heat in the body, exacerbating the symptoms. Pranayama, specifically Sheetali and Sheetkari, are cooling breathing techniques that stabilize pitta dosha.

Home remedies you can try include coriander tea or cumin tea. Boil a teaspoon of either in a cup of water, let it cool, and have it twice daily. They’re known for calming the digestive system.

Stress management is vital since stress can increase pitta. Consider meditation or seeking calming activities that work for you. Ensure regular sleeping patterns, and try not to eat at least two hours before bed.

If symptoms persist, consulting with a healthcare professional or an Ayurvedic practitioner directly may be useful. Chronic conditions like this can underline other issues that need a personalized deeper look.

Vomiting pitta each morning could indicate an imbalance that needs attention in both diet and lifestyle. You’re experiencing an excess of pitta, which could be due to various reasons like food choices, stress, or seasonal changes. To tackle this issue, let’s look at some lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, and home remedies you might find helpful.

To begin with diet, focus on foods that pacify pitta. Favor cooling, sweet, and bitter foods; include more fruits like melons, pears, and pomegranates. Avoid hot, spicy, and oily foods as they can aggravate pitta even more. Reduce consumption of acidic fruits like tomato and citrus, too. Green leafy vegetables, cucumbers, asparagus, and zucchini can also be soothing choices.

For home remedies, start your day with a glass of warm water containing a spoonful of aloe vera juice. This can help soothe the digestive tract. Consuming a mixture of honey with coriander juice once a day may provide relief. Also, try incorporating herbs like neem or giloy which are known for cooling properties.

In terms of exercise, gentle yoga or Tai Chi can be beneficial. These practices can help balance your energy, focusing on calming techniques rather than strenuous workouts that increase body heat. Breathing exercises (pranayama), particularly focusing on cooling breaths like Sheetali and Sheetkari, may also help manage pitta levels.

Bear in mind, chronic conditions need professional attention. If this persists, consult with a trained Siddha-Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized diagnosis. They can offer tailored treatments, sometimes requiring specialized decoctions or formulations that target the root cause. It’s essential to have a holistic approach addressing both immediate symptoms and the underlying imbalance.
