Doctor information
Experience:
7 years
Education:
Lal bahadur shastri mahila ayurvedic college and hospital bilaspur, yamunanagar
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I specialize in Ayurvedic management of digestive and lifestyle-related disorders. Most of my patients come with issues like bloating, hyperacidity, irregular bowel movements, abdominal cramps, or disturbed sleep. I also frequently treat menstrual irregularities such as scanty periods or cycle delays. My approach relies on dosha-based assessment, supported by classical methods like prakriti analysis and tailored dietary plans. Beyond gastrointestinal and gynecological concerns, I regularly see patients with common ailments—fever, cold, productive or dry cough, and early signs of diabetes. I focus on gentle, root-cause-oriented treatment using herbal medicines, seasonal routines, and easy-to-follow lifestyle corrections that align with each individual’s constitution. My aim is to make Ayurveda understandable, effective, and part of everyday wellness, not just a treatment but a long-term path to balance.
Achievements:
I have actively participated in national-level webinars focused on Ayurvedic medicine, which has deepened my understanding of classical principles and emerging clinical practices. These learning experiences have strengthened my diagnostic insight and helped me stay connected with evolving standards in evidence-based Ayurveda. Continuous learning remains a core part of my commitment to patient-centered care.

I completed my BAMS with training in both classical Ayurvedic principles and foundational subjects of modern medicine. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work in two distinct healthcare settings—six months at the Civil Hospital in Sonipat and another six months at the Ayurvedic hospital within my institute. This dual exposure allowed me to gain practical experience in managing a variety of patient conditions using both traditional and integrative approaches. Following my internship, I joined Kbir Wellness, an Ayurvedic aushdhalaya, where I deepened my practice in Naadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis). This experience helped me sharpen my diagnostic skills and reinforced my belief in individualized care based on doshic imbalances. I regularly consulted patients and provided personalized treatment recommendations rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts. In addition to my clinical practice, I have been actively involved in community outreach. I’ve participated in multiple health camps organized in government schools and rural areas across Karnal and Panipat. These experiences were deeply fulfilling, as they allowed me to serve underserved populations and promote preventive healthcare through Ayurveda. My approach to healing blends traditional Ayurvedic diagnostics like Naadi Pariksha with practical, accessible therapies that suit each patient's lifestyle. I focus on root-cause treatment and preventive care, guiding patients toward balance through diet, lifestyle correction, and natural formulations. I believe effective Ayurvedic care is not just about treating illness—it’s about fostering awareness, resilience, and long-term wellness.
