Malabar Dadimashtaga Choornam - #32277
I am really struggling with this chronic digestive issue that just won’t go away! It’s been months, and I feel bloated most of the time and just super uncomfortable. I tried changing my diet and eating lighter foods but nothing seems to work. My friend mentioned Malabar Dadimashtaga Choornam, saying it has worked for her relatives, but I really don’t know much about it. The other day, I was at a family gathering and every time I tried to enjoy the food, I just felt this heavy weight in my stomach. It’s like, I want to enjoy eating, you know? I did some tests, and the doctors were like “everything looks normal” which just makes me more confused. Frustration! I’ve read that Malabar Dadimashtaga Choornam can help with digestive issues, but is it safe to try? Do I need to take it with something or can I just mix it in water? Also, how long does it usually take to notice any improvement if it works? I am really hoping Malabar Dadimashtaga Choornam can help me out here, cause I just can’t keep going like this! Any advice or personal experiences would be super appreciated! Thanks!
