Hello Laisa Avoid red meat . You can eat chicken and fish . For irregular periods, give medicines some more time to work . Practice regular exercises and don’t have tea etc and see if you’re taking medicines in adequate quantity.

In Ayurveda, diet plays significant role in treatment, especially for conditions like endometriosis and irregular periods. Each person has unique constitution and dietary needs, and non-vegetarian foods like chicken and fish can either help or hinder based on your specific doshic balance. Generally, for conditions related to excess Kapha and Ama (toxins) like endometriosis, reducing heavy, oily, and difficult-to-digest foods is advised. Chicken and fish are usually lighter than red meats, but they can still be heavy for those with sluggish digestion.

If you consume non-vegetarian diet, moderation is crucial. Opt for lighter fish varieties and lean cuts of chicken. Steam, grill or poach them to make them easier to digest. Avoid fried or overly spiced preparations as these can aggravate Pitta and increase inflammation. Additionally, observe how your body reacts - if you notice any irritation or digestive distress, reconsider those choices.

It might also be beneficial to focus on enhancing Agni (digestive fire) which can be less efficient in absorbing the benefits of medications. Incorporate warm, cooked meals, and herbal teas like ginger or ajwain to stimulate digestion. Regular meal times and portion control are also good.

Given your ongoing symptoms, it’s recommended to reassess your treatment under guidance of trained Ayurvedic professional. They can balance your regimen more accurately. Continuation of your current regimen, complemented by a suitable diet tailored to your dosha could show improvements, but these changes typically take time to manifest. If conditions persist, further diagnostic evaluation might be necessary to rule out other complicating factors.

While taking Ayurvedic treatments for endometriosis and irregular periods, consuming non-vegetarian food like chicken and fish isn’t inherently harmful, but moderation is key. Non-veg foods can impact your dosha balance, especially for those experiencing underlying pitta and vata imbalances. Chicken and fish are usually considered easier to digest compared to red meats. Yet, it’s important to listen to your body’s response. If you notice any increase in symptoms like bloating or digestive issues, you may want to reduce intake temporarily.

Ayurvedic medicine emphasizes supporting agni, or digestive fire, which can be sensitive in cases of hormonal imbalances linked to endometriosis. Focus on easily digestible, sattvic food options, which include cooked veggies, whole grains, and lentils. These can help promote healthy digestion and balance the doshas more effectively than fried or heavily spiced non-veg dishes.

Your treatment plan seems comprehensive with the inclusion of formulations like kachnar guggulu and ashokarishta. However, progress might take more time. It’s pivotal to monitor lifestyle factors — ensure regular meal times, avoid late-night eating, and incorporate gentle exercises like yoga or walking, which support hormonal balance.

Consider consulting with your Ayurvedic practitioner to revisit your regimen if improvement isn’t noticeable after a considerable period. They may adjust dosages or suggest alternative options based on your specific prakriti and symptoms. If any acute pain or alarming symptoms develop, it’s crucial to reach out to healthcare immediately.
