Tonsil Pain with Fever and Eye Discharge - #51707

I am suffering from tonsil pain since last 6-7 days along with fever, body pain and redness of eyeywith watery discharge

●Salt and turmeric hot water gargles 3 4 times a day. Avoid oily spicy food,dust,smoke. Drink hot water continuous.Takr black tea with ginger.
●Shitophaladi churna +Talisadi churna +hoeny mix and lick it 4 5 times a day.

Sitopaladi Churna – 5gm with honey, three times daily after food
Godanti Bhasma – 150mg with honey, twice daily
Tribhuvan Kirti Ras – 2 tablet twice daily after meals
Warm saline gargles with turmeric and salt – 3–4 times daily
For eye irritation: gentle eye wash with Triphala Kwath
Diet
Prefer warm liquids, soups, and light diet (khichdi)
Avoid cold drinks, ice cream, curd, and fried foods
Maintain adequate hydration and rest
