How to use Anu Thailam for nasal block after a cold? - #54667

I have a nasal block feeling. It started after a severe cold two months back. I even showed it to the ent doctor. She told its only swelling and gave me nasal drops when I use it I feel ok. I dont know what to do. I have Anu Thailam. Will it work and how to use it .

Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water. After a few minutes, take out the Thailam and check if it is sufficiently warm. Instill 1-2 drops of Thailam in each nostril while lying down, face up. When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus
