Bachpan ka ear drum perforation (kaan ka parda phatna) agar small ho to kabhi-kabhi apne aap stable ho jata hai, lekin itna long time hone ke baad aur ab pain + ringing aa raha hai, iska matlab irritation ya infection ho sakta hai.
Is stage par sirf Ayurvedic medicines se parda completely close hona usually possible nahi hota. Structural defect hai, isliye surgery (tympanoplasty) many cases me required hoti hai, especially agar symptoms aa rahe hain.
Lekin surgery ka decision test ke baad hi hota hai.
Abhi aap ye karein:
Kaan me bilkul bhi paani na jane dein.
Cotton laga kar nahate waqt protect karein.
Kaan me kuch bhi oil ya drops bina check karaye na daalein.
Cold, dust aur infection se bachke rahein.
Diet simple rakhein, immunity strong karein.
Medicines (supportive):
Sitopaladi churna 3 grams twice daily with honey.
Guduchi satva 500 mg twice daily.
Yashtimadhu churna 1 gram twice daily.
Ye infection aur irritation kam karne me help karega.
Important:
ENT doctor se ear examination (otoscopy) karwana zaruri hai.
Agar hole bada hai ya repeated infection ho raha hai, to surgery best option hota hai.
Delay karne se hearing aur problem badh sakti hai.
