What is causing my throat issues and runny nose during seasonal changes? - #53408

i suffer from throat issues whenever there is weather seasonal change i.e. from summers torainy , from rainy to winters. problems i face- .I usually get affected inside my throat developing cough (feels just above near adam's apple inside). .Also my throat becomes sore and difficult to swallow( itches near adam apple when i swallow even my saliva). .Also feels dryness inside throat exactly above near adams apple inside throat . .The dryness increases during night while sleeping. .My nose also becomes runny continuously . I want to cure this and want to know the exact problem and permanent solution
