I have left tonsil swollen for more than a week and pain in throat and ear as well...have mucus and cough..how to take sitopiladi or is there any remedy to do??

Ok Mix Shitophaladi powder + talisadi powder with honey and taste it on your tongue. I am still giving some medicine. ●Spinach juice - 3 cups • Pippali - a pinch twice a day. Benefits: • Supports lung strength • Balances phlegm • Eases breathing ●Warm Fire-Stimulating Ginger: A Key Cold Remedy • A phlegm-fatigue reliever, it gently expels accumulated cold and moisture from the body. ●Ginger - 1 part • Cinnamon - 1 part • Lemongrass - 2 parts Method: Ginger Mixed Tea (1) Ginger-Cinnamon Lemongrass Tea Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of the mixture in 1 cup of hot water, cover, and steep for 10 minutes. Consume 2-3 times a day. It helps with congestion, coughs, and the flu. ●Ginger-Cardamom Cinnamon Tea Ingredients: • Ginger - 2 parts • Cinnamon - 3 parts • Cardamom - a pinch Method: Boil 1 teaspoon of the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Once it cools slightly, add 1/2 teaspoon of honey. ●Steam: To cleanse the respiratory tract, boil 1 teaspoon of ginger or a few eucalyptus leaves in 1 pint of water. Inhale the steam while covered with a towel. This provides immediate relief from • Nasal congestion • Heaviness • Headache ●Additional home remedies Simple but effective: 2 teaspoons of fennel powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of cough syrup. ●Tulsi and Traditional Yoga Tulsi decoction: Boil 1 teaspoon of basil in 1 cup of water for 1 minute. Drink it hot. This reduces fever and viral effects. ●Traditional Cold Remedy • Sitopalada Powder - 1 part • Maha Sudarshan Powder - 1 part Dosage: 1 teaspoon with 1 teaspoon honey 2-3 times a day after meals. ●Nasal Care Ghrita Nasya: Instill 3-5 drops of lukewarm ghee into each nostril morning and evening. This soothes • dryness • sneezing • irritation ●Pranayam by breathing • Kapalabhati (mild) • Anulom-vilom without Kamak These exercises clear the respiratory tract
