Struggling with Severe Cold and Nasal Blockage After Panchakarma - #52243

I have done myayurveda panchakarma treatment formy sinus polyps it was okay at that time and now after a months I have heaving severe cold nose blockage and Watery mucus coming out. I have a small baby I amunable to manage

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise. Steam inhalation twice a day. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Nasoclear spray twice a day. Tab Bresol 2-0-2 Tab.Immunocin 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
