The sensation of coldness in the throat and chest pain can be understood in Ayurveda as an imbalance in the Kapha dosha. Kapha is associated with qualities of coldness, heaviness, and sluggishness. When Kapha is aggravated, it can lead to accumulation of mucus and a sensation of cold in the throat and nasal passages. This can also contribute to discomfort in the chest area, potentially due to congestion or stagnation.

The persistent nature of your symptoms suggests that there might be an underlying issue with your body’s ability to clear excess Kapha, possibly due to weak digestive fire (Agni) or the presence of Ama (toxins). This may also be linked to your respiratory system’s response to environmental factors or dietary habits.

Ayurveda views these symptoms as interconnected, not isolated issues. The cold sensation and chest pain, along with potential tonsil involvement, indicate a systemic imbalance that could be influenced by digestion, lifestyle, and stress.

इसे धूल, धुआं या किसी और चीज से एलर्जी होगी आयुर्वेदिक गरारे हल्दी-नमक गरारा गुनगुना पानी - 1 कप हल्दी - / चम्मच सेंधा नमक - % चम्मच सुबह और शाम गरारे करें। यह क्या करता है? • सूजन कम करता ह • बैक्टीरिया को निष्क्रिय करता ह • गले की परत को शुद्ध करता ह यह आधुनिक एंटीसेप्टिक नही - यह शरीर के अपने उपचार तंत्र को सक्रिय करता है। ●हल्दी वाला दूध ½ चम्मच हल्दी 1 कप गर्म दूध रात को सोने से पहले लें।यह गले की सूजन शांत करता ह इम्यून कोशिकाओं को सक्रिय करता ह संक्रमण को भीतर से रोकता है ठंडा दूध नही - केवल गर्म ●औषधीय काढ़ा अदरक - 2 भाग दालचीनी - 2 भाग मुलेठी - 3 भाग इस मिश्रण का 1 चम्मच गर्म पानी मे 5-10 मिनट उबालें। दिन मे 2-3 बार पी सकते हैं। मुलेठी गले को कोट करती ह अदरक कफ तोड़ता हैं दालचीनी संक्रमण रोकती है यह केवल आराम नहीं, यह श्लेष्मा की जड़ को सुधारता है। ●क्या न खाएँ ,गले में दर्द होने पर इनस दूरी रखें: • दही • पनीर • चीज़ • आइसक्रीम • खट्टे और किण्वित खाद्य क्यों? क्योंकि ये कफ बढ़ाते ह और गले की सूजन बढ़ाते हैं। (हल्दी वाला गर्म दूध अपवाद है) ●योग और श्वास सिंहासन (Lion Pose) गले की नसो और लसीका तंत्र को खोलता है। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम (Humming Breath) वोकल कॉर्ड और साइनस को कंपन द्वारा साफ करता है। यह केवल व्यायाम नही यह न्यूरो-इम्यून थेरेपी है। धन्यवाद 🙏
