​1. आयुर्वेदिक औषधि प्रबंधन (Oral Medicines) ​लक्ष्मीविलास रस (नारदीय): 1-1 गोली सुबह-शाम शहद या गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। यह श्वसन तंत्र की सूजन को कम करने और छींकों को रोकने में अत्यंत प्रभावी है। ​चित्रक हरीतकी अवलेह: 1 छोटा चम्मच (approx. 5-10 ग्राम) रात को सोते समय गुनगुने दूध या पानी के साथ लें। यह साइनस के अवरोध (congestion) को खोलता है और बार-बार होने वाले प्रतिश्याय को जड़ से मिटाता है। ​हरिद्रा खंड (Haridra Khanda): 1 छोटा चम्मच सुबह और शाम गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ। हल्दी (हरिद्रा) पर आधारित यह योग एलर्जी, कलबलाहट और छींकों के लिए एक उत्कृष्ट एंटी-एलर्जिक (Anti-allergic) औषधि है। ​2. स्थानीय चिकित्सा (Local Therapy) ​अनु तैल का नस्य (Nasya): सुबह उठकर फ्रेश होने के बाद, दोनों नथुनों (nostrils) में 2-2 बूंद अनु तैल (Anu Taila) या षडबिन्दु तैल की डालें। यह नासा मार्ग की संवेदनशीलता (sensitivity) को कम करता है, कलबलाहट रोकता है और साइनस की सूजन को दूर करता है। (नोट: जब नाक से बहुत तीव्र पानी बह रहा हो, तब 1-2 दिन रुककर इसे शुरू करें)। ​वाष्प स्वेदन (Steam Inhalation): उबलते हुए पानी में थोड़ा सा कर्पूर (Camphor) या अजवायन डालकर दिन में दो बार भाप लें। इससे साइनस का कफ पिघलेगा और सांस का भारीपन तुरंत कम होगा। ​3. पथ्य-अपथ्य (Diet & Lifestyle) ​क्या खाएं (Pathya): ​गुनगुना पानी ही पिएं (उष्णोदक सेवन)। ​भोजन में सोंठ (शुण्ठी), काली मिर्च, पिप्पली, लहसुन और अदरक का प्रयोग बढ़ाएं। ​हल्का और ताजा सुपाच्य भोजन लें। ​क्या न खाएं (Apathya): ​ठंडी चीजें, फ्रिज का पानी, आइसक्रीम, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स और दही का सेवन पूरी तरह बंद कर दें। ​भारी, अभिष्यंदी (जो शरीर में चिपचिपापन बढ़ाएं) भोजन जैसे मैदा, उड़द की दाल और जंक फ़ूड से बचें। ​ठंडी हवा के सीधे संपर्क (Direct AC या कूलर की हवा) से बचें। सुबह-शाम बाइक चलाते समय नाक और कान को ढककर रखें।
