आपकी समस्या केवल स्टीम से नहीं, बल्कि स्वरयंत्र (voice box) की कमजोरी + वात-कफ दोष असंतुलन से जुड़ी लगती है। 6 महीने से आवाज न निकलना गंभीर संकेत है, इसलिए आयुर्वेदिक देखभाल के साथ जांच भी जरूरी है। 1. आवाज को आराम दें (Voice Rest) कम बोलें, जोर से बोलना/चिल्लाना बिल्कुल बंद करें फुसफुसाकर भी ज्यादा बात न करें (यह भी नुकसान करता है) 2. कंठ शोधन (Gargle) गुनगुने पानी में हल्दी + नमक डालकर दिन में 2 बार गरारे करें इससे सूजन व कफ कम होगा 3. औषधि सेवन यष्टिमधु (मुलेठी) चूर्ण + शहद (1-1 चम्मच) दिन में 2 बार सितोपलादि चूर्ण + शहद (हल्की मात्रा) ये स्वर को मधुर और साफ करते हैं 4. भाप (Steam) सावधानी से ज्यादा गर्म भाप न लें, दिन में 1 बार हल्की स्टीम ही लें अधिक स्टीम से dryness बढ़ सकती है 5. आहार (Diet) गुनगुना पानी, सूप, हल्का भोजन लें ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, तली-भुनी चीजें, कोल्ड ड्रिंक से बचें 6. नस्य (Nasal oil) सुबह 2-2 बूंद गाय का घी या अनु तेल नाक में डालें कंठ व स्वरयंत्र को पोषण मिलता है

Aapke symptoms anjaan logon se baat karte waqt muh se awaaz na nikalna, sirf hawa nikalna, kya bolna hai bhool jana ye zyada tar social anxiety / performance anxiety ya stress ke kaaran ho sakta hai. Kabhi-kabhi ise stammering / speech block bhi kehte hain. Hello dear, Mai samj sakta hu ki Yeh kaafi pareshan karne wali situation ho sakti hai, par ghabraiye mat. Jab nervous system ya gale ki muscles over-react karti hain, toh awaaz baith sakti hai (jise medical term mein Aphonia ya Dysphonia kehte hain). ​Aapne Steam Inhalation ke baad ki dikkat puchi hai, par aapne yeh bhi bataya ki anjan logo se baat karte waqt awaaz nahi nikalti. Yeh “Vata Dosha” ke imbalance aur “Manas” (mental) stress ki wajah se ho sakta hai. ​Ayurveda ke mutabik, gale ki problem (Swarabheda) tab hoti hai jab Vata aur Kapha gale mein rukawat paida karte hain. Steam se kabhi kabhi vayu (air) badh jati hai agar wo sahi tarike se na li jaye, jis se gala sukh jata hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Remedies 1. ​Karpooradi Thailam Ise gale ke bahar (throat area) aur chhati par halke hath se massage karein. Yeh congestion kholta hai aur muscles ko relax karta hai. ​2. Khadiradi Gutika Yeh choti tablets (pills) hoti hain jinhe chusna (suck) hota hai. Ise din mein 3-4 baar muh mein rakhein. Yeh vocal cords ki swelling kam karti hain aur awaaz saaf karti hain. 3. ​Dasamoolarishtam Yeh ek liquid arishtam hai. Ise 15-20 ml barabar matra mein gungune pani ke saath khane ke baad lein. Yeh nerves ko taqat deta hai aur stress/anxiety kam karta hai. ​Gargling (Kavala) Gungune pani mein thoda sa namak aur haldi milakar din mein do baar garrare karein. ​ ​Agar anjan logo se baat karte waqt awaaz rukti hai, toh dhere-dhere lambi saans lein (Deep Breathing). Ise “Vata Shanti” milti hai. ​ Hamesha gunguna pani (Luke warm water) piyein. Thandi cheezein bilkul band kar dein. ​ Akele mein zor se padhne (loud reading) ki aadat dalein, is se confidence badhega.
